• Individuals must be MOTIVATED to work. Motivation is demonstrated not only by verbalizing an interest in employment, but demonstrating the interest via consistent attendance of appointments, groups, complying with service plan and taking initiative to improve quality of life. Specifically, the referral for and participation in vocational services must be a consumer/client driven decision.
• Individuals must have a desire to improve their life via employment, training or volunteering.

• Referrals must include:

  • ADI referral
  • Authorization to Release Information
  • Description of service(s) to be provided
• The individual must have no record of verbal, sexual or physical aggression within the last three-months.
