Since 1991, ADI has provided quality custodial service throughout Colorado. We currently service over 2 million square feet of cleanable space. Because of our sophisticated systems and Quality Program, we are uniquely qualified to deliver better service than our competitors. ADI continually receives excellent scores on our annual customer survey. ADI utilizes state of the art equipment and all staff undergo thorough training in the most modern cleaning techniques. Our custodial division is managed by our Director of Building Services who has over 25 years experience in managing and developing custodial operations for local, state, and federal agencies as well as numerous commercial customers including non-profit organizations. Quality and customer service have been the key component of our growth. We have extensive experience in staffing, supplying, and commencing service in an efficient manner. The standard criterion for entry level custodians is a minimum of three months previous custodial experience. Supervisors require a minimum of two years custodial experience, of which one year must be at a documented supervisory level. Project and Quality Managers require post high school education and a minimum of 2 years in the custodial management arena. All senior management staff requires both post secondary education and practical experience in their area of responsibilities. We are extensively experienced in projects of all size and scope.

The sophistication of our service and quality systems have been instrumental in our growth and success. Our service, including floor and carpet care has been of the highest quality and our customer satisfaction has been outstanding.

Our organization provides comprehensive training for all custodial staff upon initial employment as well as on a monthly basis to ensure that all staff is trained to the newest developments in the industry. Our custodial certification is an 8 hour class with practical applications of cleaning methods. ADI also conducts comprehensive training specific to each facility prior to the start of service. This ensures all staff are thoroughly knowledgeable in the specifications set forth by the scope of service required. Our custodial operations run around the clock and managers are available any time of the day or night and routinely respond to customer calls within 1 hour of notification. Our Managers maintain daily contact with customer representatives and our Quality Managers ensure a minimum of weekly contacts. Senior level managers are also available at any time to meet and address issues.
